Job Title: Architect
Salary: 37,500 - 45,000
Location: Warrington

We're looking for an Architect to join a multi-award winning architectural practice with over 50 years of heritage and a reputation for pushing boundaries in transformative design.

Our client is a well-established firm that has previously been ranked among the UK's top 100 architectural practices. They have a strong track record of reimagining and rejuvenating diverse building types, from historic renovations to contemporary educational facilities.
The practice has delivered numerous award-winning projects across the heritage, cultural, and education sectors, with particular expertise in transforming existing buildings into inspiring contemporary spaces.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an architect
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Experience across varied project types preferred
  • Knowledge of educational sector projects beneficial but not essential
  • DfE schools bidding experience highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to design development from concept through to completion
  • Working on heritage buildings, educational facilities, and cultural projects
