CRM / Automation Manager. HubSpot specialist.
Location: Altrincham Town Centre (Office-based, 5 days per week moving to Hybrid after probation) Close to Train and Tram
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Flexible working between 8am - 6pm)
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 + 25 days leave, bens.

About the Role
Applause IT are looking for a passionate and hands-on CRM Manager, with deep expertise in HubSpot, to lead on CRM strategy, data management, automation, and performance reporting. You'll design and implement effective customer journeys across both B2B and B2C audiences, supporting wider sales and marketing objectives. You'll be working with an established Marketing team of three reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager and Content Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-performing CRM campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Manage data cleansing, preparation, migration, and CRM system integrations.
- Build and optimise email workflows, automation, and reporting tools in HubSpot.
- Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Continuously refine the CRM strategy based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to segment audiences and improve customer journeys.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM, technology, and healthcare trends to ensure best-in-class solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' CRM and email marketing experience.
- Proven expertise using HubSpot, including campaign creation, automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate CRM data into strategic actions.
- Experience with data integrations, segmentation, and customer journey design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
Desirable experience (in no way essential)
- Experience in tech and/or healthcare sectors.
- Background in start-up or scale-up businesses.
