Adecco Manchester are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Altrincham, Manchester.

Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum

Office based - Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm - 1 hour lunch

Core responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Supplying information, pricing and order information
  • Answering questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Typing quotations
  • Processing orders/purchase orders from customers via an ERP system
  • Liaising with HQ regarding deliveries time
  • Preparing a weekly dispatch schedule
  • Communicating with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Processing warehouse receipts, stock reconciliations, returns
  • Maintaining sales logs and follow compile sales reports/statistics

Advantageous experience and skill/sets

  • Prior experience order processing and utilising an ERP system
  • Working in a customer facing role
  • Data accuracy
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to work well within a team
