Personal Tax Manager Altrincham£45,000 - £60,000 (Hybrid Work Model & Wider Benefits)An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a top-tier independent tax advisory firm, currently looking to recruit a skilled Personal Tax Manager Compliance & Advisory to join their vibrant Altrincham office.

Renowned for their expert, high-value tax solutions, the firm supports a broad portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, corporates, and private clients.

This position offers the perfect blend of technical complexity- on par with Big 4 standards - and hands-on client interaction, all within a boutique advisory environment.

Your New Role:

  • Work with clients including entrepreneurs and founders, growing SMEs including high-net-worth individuals, non-domiciled clients, and trusts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  • Advise clients on a range of tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, and the tax implications of trusts and estates.
  • Work closely with ex Big 4 Partners and have open lines of communication across the firm
  • Supervise and support junior team members, offering guidance and technical review.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA/CTA/ACCA qualified
  • You will come from a professional services background having worked in UK Personal tax, with experience and exposure to tax advisory projects.
