Financial Services Administrator - Altrincham

£25,000 - £30,000

£1000 increase with each passed CII exam

Full-Time | Employed | Office-Based (with some flexibility after probation)

NJR Recruitment is proud to be working with a successful and established financial planning firm, currently seeking a Financial Services Administrator to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional and friendly environment where your contribution genuinely makes a difference.

The Role

You'll be providing dedicated administrative support to two financial advisers, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the business. You'll be client-facing, systems-driven, and hands-on with a variety of financial products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

" Liaising directly with clients and providers in a professional and timely manner

" Managing client records with precision, including maintaining file notes and documentation

" Processing applications across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages

" Preparing paperwork for meetings and following up on actions

" Tracking business submissions and chasing providers to ensure prompt processing

" Supporting compliance efforts and maintaining internal systems (Finplan CRM)

" Assisting with reporting and general support tasks to advisers

What We're Looking For

" Previous experience in financial services administration

" Excellent IT and CRM system skills (e.g., Aegon, Quilter, Aviva, Royal London, LV)

" Strong written and verbal communication

" Organised, detail-focused and capable of managing competing priorities

" Able to work independently and as part of a team

" Familiarity with back-office systems (Finplan is a plus)

" Confident using Outlook, Teams, and Zoom

" Experience submitting business applications and trust forms

Please note: Candidates must not have been dismissed from a previous role.
