We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded financial services firm based in Altrincham, who are looking to recruit an Entry-Level Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team. About the Role:The successful candidate will support the firm's Financial Planners with a range of administrative duties, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth client experience. You’ll be responsible for updating client records, processing documentation, and liaising with providers and internal teams to support the financial planning process.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider support team

Assist with preparing valuations and documentation for client meetings

Liaise with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to gather and manage information

Process new business applications, withdrawals, switches, and other client servicing tasks

Maintain accurate and compliant client records and files

Ensure client communications are handled professionally and promptly

Some knowledge of or exposure to financial services is advantageous, but not essential

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident IT user (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)

Proactive, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

A strong team player with good communication skills and a professional manner

Competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000
