An opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join us at a well-established and thriving small law firm. You will assist on all aspects or residential property matters. You will assist an experienced fee earner on all aspects of their caseload. There is also the opportunity to learn property finance in this role and expand your skillset into a much more lucrative area of law: Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with clients
  • Keeping the data and case management system up to date
  • Document Preparation
  • Prepare the completion packs
  • Be responsible for completions
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a conveyancing department. Demonstrating good organisation skills and being determined to progress.Benefits:
