We have an exciting role to join a growing business for a Learning & Development Manager
Do you have experience in Contact Centre Operational Training?
Duties for the Learning & Development Manager:
- Design and deliver training courses to new and existing contact centre advisors
- Create and maintain materials
- Training needs analysis and design targeted training for those individuals
- Own the QA strategy to ensure continuous improvement
- Coaching sessions
Requirements for the Learning & Development Manager
- Proven track record of delivering training
- Contact centre experienced
- Strong knowledge of customer service theories
- Able to design new materials
