- Work closely with clients to understand their workflows and customise HubSpot CRM to meet their needs
- Build and manage automation, workflows, dashboards and reporting tools
- Lead data preparation, migration and integrations with third-party systems
- Deliver training sessions and develop documentation to support user adoption
- Stay up to date on HubSpot updates and industry best practices to advise clients effectively
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a strong understanding of CRM best practices
- A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and data-handling skills
- Technical aptitude with automation, integrations, and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable advice
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM features such as workflows, reporting, and segmentation
- Familiarity with B2B industries such as technology, industrial, or professional services
- Experience with data integrations or API-based tools
- A background in user training or supporting CRM adoption projects
