Senior Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize our commercial solar PV operations. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale solar projects, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ongoing O&M (Operations & Maintenance) across multiple sites. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and delivery of commercial solar PV projects.

- Oversee project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and handover.

- Manage cross-functional project teams, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field technicians.
Â
- Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across all projects.
Â
- Collaborate with sales & finance, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on project scope and delivery timelines.
Â
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, as well as industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, HSE).
Â
- Oversee the O&M strategy for installed systems, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), budget adherence, and resource allocation.
Â
- Drive continuous improvement, sustainability practices, and innovation in operations and technology.

- Mentor and develop junior managers and staff to build a high-performance operations team.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in solar PV, with at least 3+ years in a senior operations or leadership role.
Â
- Proven experience in managing commercial and industrial (C&I) scale solar projects (500Â kW to multi-MW).
Â
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, BOS (Balance of System) components, and grid interconnection requirements.
Â
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors and vendors.
Â
- Exceptional organizational, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Â
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Â
- Familiarity with HSE practices, ISO standards, and quality control systems.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
