Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor
Site-Based | 1 Day Office-Based per Week
Location: North West
Salary: £65k+ package depends on experience

A cracking opportunity with a growing, no-nonsense construction company delivering projects across the North West. Known for their quality and straight-talking approach, they focus on commercial, industrial, and high-end residential schemes including refurbishments, new builds, and fit-outs ranging from £500k to £5m+.

Theyre looking for a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on a live site. Its a largely site-based role with just one day a week in the office, offering the right balance of autonomy and team collaboration.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Full commercial management of the project lifecycle

  • Procurement of subcontractors and materials

  • Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Valuations, variations, and final accounts

  • Contract administration (JCT experience preferred)

  • Managing risk and reporting on commercial performance

  • Working closely with site teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery

  • Supporting junior staff where applicable
