Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Amesbury

Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Do you have a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail? We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients team based in Amesbury. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Assemble, pack, and label products in accordance with specifications.
- Perform routine checks to ensure all stock is in order
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control as required.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a production role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change and improvement.
Working Hours:
- 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and 08:30 to 12:30 Friday with no lunch break.
- 20 Days Holiday, Plus Bank Holidays and additional Christmas shut down
