Do you have a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail? We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients team based in Amesbury. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Assemble, pack, and label products in accordance with specifications.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure all stock is in order
  • Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control as required.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a production role is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change and improvement.

Working Hours:

  • 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and 08:30 to 12:30 Friday with no lunch break.
  • 20 Days Holiday, Plus Bank Holidays and additional Christmas shut down
