- Managing the full asset lifecycle – from procurement and refurbishment to deployment and reconciliation
- Updating real-time asset tracking using Dynamics365 and Salesforce
- Monitoring stock and repair activity to help keep inventory levels accurate
- Collaborating with finance, procurement, logistics, customer service and commercial teams
- Producing monthly analysis on asset usage, refurbishment trends and financial impact
- Preparing weekly capitalisation reports summarising asset movements
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Assistant / Assistant Management Accountant / Finance Assistant / Assistant Accountant
- Experience managing budgets or working with inventory/stock/assets
- Strong Excel and system skills – Dynamics 365 or Salesforce experience is a plus
- A methodical and organised mindset with great attention to detail
- Confidence working across different teams and communicating clearly
- £130-£170 per day
- Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 from home per week
