Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-focused and technically minded Estimator/Project Manager Designer to support the delivery of customised external infrastructure projects. This role involves developing precise, cost-effective proposals for client-specific solutions—ranging from functional outdoor installations to integrated urban features. You’ll be a key link in the project lifecycle, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to handover.

Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate pricing for custom infrastructure and public realm projects
  • Offer technical insight and solutions throughout the quoting process
  • Collaborate with our sales and design teams to refine specifications
  • Liaise with suppliers for components, drawings, and material pricing
  • Prepare and compile client-facing documents and approval packages
  • Tender Review: Assess enquiries and project tenders, evaluating scope and requirements
  • Create detailed costings for materials, labour, and specialist services
  • Prepare competitive, well-structured quotes aligned with commercial objectives
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries regarding specifications or project scope

Desirable Experience:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (experience with CAD is a bonus)
  • Background in construction, engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with estimating or structural components in public infrastructure projects
