Wild Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a leading client based in Andover in their search for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, this role does involve converting inbound calls into sales

Duties include:

  • Listening to customers and offering packages and services suitable to them
  • Converting each call into a potential sale
  • Processing payment over the phone
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Calling customers back if agreed
  • Provide empathetic customer service at all times
  • Ensuring customers feel valued and provide all information on services

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Be able to communicate with empathy
  • Be personable on the phone
  • Have worked in a fast paced environment as call levels can be high during peak times
