We are seeking a dynamic Marketing/Events Coordinator to manage and execute office parties and events. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for creativity and a passion for creating memorable experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all office events.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and coordinate all aspects of office parties and events from concept to completion.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Manage event budgets and ensure all events are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Create and distribute marketing materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather event/office requirements and ensure all needs are met.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
- Proven experience as an events coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
