- Producing accurate monthly management accounts and group reporting submissions
- Acting as the key contact for group finance and external auditors, ensuring smooth audits and compliance
- Leading, coaching and developing the finance team, setting objectives and driving performance standards
- Overseeing purchase ledger activities, carrying out payroll reviews and ensuring adherence to financial controls
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations, managing fixed asset and lease registers and monitoring intercompany transactions
- Partnering with senior stakeholders on budgets, forecasts and cost management
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and strengthening financial processes to enable sustainable success
- Supporting sustainability reporting and R&D tax credit documentation
- To be part-qualified or fully-qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA. Strong QBE profiles will be considered
- Strong Financial Accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, with knowledge of SAP an advantage
- Ideally, some experience in the manufacturing industry
