We are pleased to be recruiting for a new position as part of our industry renowned Technical Department. Candidates should have a keen interest in ponds and aquatics with full training provided for everything else.
With no two days the same, this role requires a candidate that has a strong willingness to learn, lots of enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills. You will be dealing with trade and consumer enquiries so both verbal and written communication skills must be high. A basic understanding of ponds and aquariums is advantageous. IT skills with Office 365 will also be useful.
The role will be based at our offices near Andover in Hampshire and the successful candidate will need to able to travel there.
Main duties include (but are not limited to)
-Dealing with product enquiries from both trade customers and end consumers
-Fault finding incoming returns and processing necessary paperwork
-When required, attending site visits and/or exhibitions
