This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled contractor who can hit the ground running and ensure continuity and stability across backup and recovery systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for backup systems and infrastructure

Manage and maintain backup

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to backup, storage, and recovery

Ensure systems are optimally configured and data integrity is maintained

Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors when necessary
Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support, with a strong focus onbackup technologies

Hands-on knowledge ofbackup and recovery solutions

Experience with Hyper-V

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
You must be immediately available and be able to work on-site in Andover for aminof 6 weeks.
