A leading electronics manufacturing company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support their team. The role of a Manufacturing Engineer will include:

  • Supporting senior engineers in the delivery of technical projects
  • Assisting with the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes
  • Creating and maintaining documentation including standard operating procedures
  • Supporting continuous improvement by analysing workflows and reducing waste
  • Providing technical support to production teams and resolving process issues
  • Assisting with customer and quality support including audits and investigations
  • Collaborating on engineering reports and performance metrics

 

The ideal Manufacturing Engineer should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum HNC/HND in an engineering or scientific discipline
  • Ideally a BEng/MEng in electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of process validation, continuous improvement, and production support
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements across departments
