A leading electronics manufacturing company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support their team. The role of a Manufacturing Engineer will include:

Supporting senior engineers in the delivery of technical projects
Assisting with the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes
Creating and maintaining documentation including standard operating procedures
Supporting continuous improvement by analysing workflows and reducing waste
Providing technical support to production teams and resolving process issues
Assisting with customer and quality support including audits and investigations
Collaborating on engineering reports and performance metrics

The ideal Manufacturing Engineer should have the following skills and experience:

Minimum HNC/HND in an engineering or scientific discipline
Ideally a BEng/MEng in electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical thinking skills
Knowledge of process validation, continuous improvement, and production support
Ability to communicate technical requirements across departments
