About the Role

Berry Recruitment are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join a leading organisation in the SP10 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with facilities management experience who is looking to step into a role with responsibility for supporting workplace operations and service delivery.

You will assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring a consistent workplace experience, managing day-to-day services, and acting as a point of contact for stakeholders. The role covers a wide range of facilities functions including cleaning, security, maintenance, reception, catering, and more.




Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Manager in delivering all FM services across site

  • Oversee operational teams including cleaning, security, and maintenance staff

  • Ensure health & safety compliance and conduct audits

  • Assist with workplace changes, inductions, and stakeholder engagement

  • Maintain accurate records of moves, changes, and compliance documentation

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contractors

  • Promote a "One Team" approach across all service lines




About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing facilities management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to achieve)

  • Flexibility to support service delivery needs

  • Computer literacy and confidence with reporting tools
