We're recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to work for one of the largest FM companies in the UK to work across a contract for a well known energy provider at a critical site in Andover. In this role you will be responsible for the management of various pieces of stock across the building as well as ensuring all compliance works are completed.
We have worked with this business for many years as it has gone through re-brands and restructures within the business, founded in 2008 we have seen candidates consistently progress within this business across all it's varied opportunities across 48 countries and employing over 170,000 employees.
Please note - in this role you will be expected to travel to an additional site approximately once every other month with an overnight stay attached to this visit.

Job responsibilities for a Compliance Administrator:

Implementing and refining comprehensive systems for stock control, incorporating electronic and paper-based methods to maintain accurate records across both locations

Proactively forecasting stock requirements for upcoming work at both locations and ordering necessary parts and consumables accordingly

Conducting regular physical stock counts at both sites, promptly reporting discrepancies and updating inventory records

Regularly verifying the condition and expiration dates of equipment to ensure it remains deployable at all times

Continuously enhancing stock control systems to optimise efficiency and accuracy across both sites

Overseeing asset identification, tagging, and inventory management at both locations
