Senior Chef De Partie

As Senior CDP you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on the day-to-day basis. It will be your main responsibility to lead service and maintain the high standards set by the Executive chef. Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen. Running the pass during service. You will be responsible for running the kitchen alongside your team.

The Senior CDP will:

• Complete service to a high standard
• Maintain high quality of food offering
• Abide by all EHO requirements
• Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations in the kitchen
• Ensure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met or exceeded in your kitchen
• Making orders of supplies and ingredients

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years experience working in a busy kitchen
• Creativity, flair and passion for your craft with a great eye for detail
• A desire to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills
• You will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
