Description
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Assisting with recruitment processes and new employee onboarding.
- Maintaining HR records and databases.
- Organising HR-related documents.
- Assisting with employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinating HR meetings and taking minutes.
- Assisting with the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting the HR team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
