Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Home Manager in a similar setting.
- Nurse-qualified (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with an active PIN and Level 5 qualification.
- Strong knowledge of CQC criteria, with a history of compliant reports.
- Excellent leadership and commercial acumen, including marketing to private and local authority markets.
