Macildowie are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join a growing and successful team in Derby. This apprenticeship role is key to supporting clients, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and be confident in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diary management and scheduling for financial advisers
  • Liaising with clients and resolving queries
  • Preparing client meeting packs, documents, and application forms
  • Handling confidential information with care
  • Delivering the highest standard of client care and customer service
  • Providing administrative support to advisers and back-office teams
  • Submitting and chasing business applications
  • Updating and maintaining client records and CRM systems
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to clients and external providers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Administrative skills with a proactive and team-focused attitude
  • A keen interest in financial services and willingness to learn
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)
