Working as part of a small Talent Acquisition function, you will be the glue that holds processes together and ensures that candidates have a slick experience. You’ll support the wider recruitment team by arranging interviews, keeping candidates updated and liaising with hiring to ensure recruitment processes are timely and feedback is prompt. You will ensure the careers site is updated, as well as distributing jobs and other talent attraction materials to job boards and other sites.
You will primarily support the business on campaigns to hire experienced individuals but will, at key times in the year, also support with graduate and early careers hiring.
Once offers are accepted, you will create offer materials and manage the successful candidates through their onboarding journey.

You’ll be a diligent and organised individual with the willingness to take initiative when needed and be adaptable to the fluctuating needs of the business. You’ll have prior experience in similar roles i.e. recruitment assistant or HR coordinator and will be particularly interested in developing your recruitment career.
