Job Title: Clinical Nurse Advisor-  Paediatric Nurse
Location: Field-Based (South of England)

Overview

We are seeking an NMC-registered Paediatric Nurse who is confident supporting both children and adult patients in home and clinic settings. This is a field-based role, offering a varied and flexible working environment, with a strong focus on patient education, relationship building, and high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and education both face-to-face and virtually.
• Support a caseload of paediatric and adult patients.
• Build strong relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
• Use your clinical expertise to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
• Maintain and operate clinical equipment, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Keep accurate clinical records and report incidents in line with policy.

Requirements

• NMC-registered Children’s Nurse (or dual-qualified RGN/RSCN).
• Minimum of 1 year’s post-registration experience.
• Confident working with both children and adults.
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (experience using Android devices preferred).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England.

Desirable

• Experience with CVADs, parenteral nutrition, or OPAT (not essential)
• Background in community or home-based nursing. (not essential)
