Interim Manager

Panoramic Associates is partnered with a Care Home in Kent, who are looking to recruit an interim Registered Manager to join them ASAP. This is a 5 day per week role in a complex needs service.

As interim Manager you will be focusing on the day to day operations of running of the home- managing records, documentation, audits, etc. You will also be driving improvement and supporting staff to provide high quality care. Experience working in a turnaround role is preferable and excellent CQC understanding is essential.

You will preferably have a DBS on the Update Service, and must be able to start ASAP. Paid on a competitive day rate inside iR35.
