Recruiting for a Head of Brand, this is a great opportunity to join a team of dynamic and passionate professionals!Head of Brand / Senior Brand ManagerSalary: c.£60kLocation: Ideally Kent/London-based with regular office visits; fully remote considered (with occasional self-funded travel to Kent HQ)Reporting to: Head of MarketingDirect Reports: Content Marketing Manager + external suppliersOverview:Lead the strategic and creative development of the company brand and content across all channels, ensuring strong ROI, customer engagement, and revenue impact. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role blending strategy, creative oversight, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the brand, content, and multi-channel campaign strategy
  • Act as brand guardian—managing positioning, tone of voice, guidelines, and creative approvals
  • Lead acquisition creative, especially across social media, ensuring performance alignment
  • Oversee customer journey improvements (UX/UI), research, and segmentation
  • Manage ATL channels (PR, Press, Radio), social media strategy, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs, report on ROI, and manage brand and creative forecasting
  • Mentor the brand and content team, supporting their growth and development
