Electrical Project Manager

We are proud to be partnering with a long-established and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Kent. Renowned for delivering high-quality solutions across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, leisure, education, healthcare, industrial, and office fit-outs, the company provide complete M&E services from concept design through to final commissioning.

Project values typically range from £100k to £5m, and the business continues to thrive, driven by repeat clients and a healthy pipeline of prestigious projects.

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing leadership from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electrical elements of projects from start to finish
  • Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality, reporting regularly to senior management
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or fit-out sector
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current industry regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or degree-level)
