The Role:As a Town Planner, you'll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of planning projects across the county and beyond. You'll be advising clients ranging from private landowners to developers and local authorities, and will be involved in everything from site appraisals and pre-application advice to preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
You'll be supported by experienced colleagues but also trusted to take ownership of your own workload and build lasting relationships with clients. This role offers a brilliant mix of autonomy, professional growth, and team support.
What We're Looking For:

A qualified Town Planner (MRTPI or working towards)

2+ years' experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or local government

Strong communication and report-writing skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

A pragmatic and commercially minded approach to planning

A full UK driving licence
