Our client is a well-established Electrical Business with a very good client and customer base who are looking to utilise their current reputation within the Industry and Incorporate a new ELV arm into the business.
The ideal candidate will need to be driven with the ability to become a brand ambassador with a real desire to grow and be a part of a business, having built longstanding relations with customers and supply chain alike in their current role.
Necessary requirements and attributes for a successful candidate:
- Detailed knowledge and experience in the following range of systems; Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, Data, PA & AV systems.
- Understands complex systems from design, delivery and maintenance.
- Assist in developing concept designs from inception and (critically) compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Understanding of the Project Management processes involved in working on large scale projects with Tier 1 clients.
- Commercial understanding and the ability to take ownership and deliver projects within budget
- Demonstrate stability and loyalty by spending a minimum of 4 years with the same firm within ELV.
- Experience in taking projects from Inception to Completion and hand over. (With examples of completed projects)
- As well as owning a technical and operational skillset, this person will also show a keen interest in the commercial functions and performance of the business.
- Find a problem or issue a challenge to overcome and learn from.
- Good working knowledge of Project management software and able to adapt quickly to new role-based technologies.
