The Graduate Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will gain hands-on exposure to a wide-ranging workload including:
Project work and CAT A + B fit outs
Residential and commercial refurbishments
Industrial schemes
Dilapidations and defects diagnosis
Party wall matters
Additional professional instructions across a varied client base
Predominantly based from the offices at Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, the role also offers the opportunity to be involved in London-based projects, flexible working arrangements, and regular instructions across the wider UK.
The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
A degree in Building Surveying or related field
Some experience within building surveying or a related discipline would be beneficial, but is not essential
Knowledge and Attributes:
A genuine passion for Building Surveying and professional development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eager to learn, ambitious, and motivated to achieve MRICS status
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of instructions
