A client of mine, a Building Consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-quality professional services across both the commercial and residential sectors, are keen to speak with an ambitious MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Kent team, with the option of London-based work and flexible arrangements also available. This role offers not only exposure to a broad variety of instructions but also a clear pathway for career progression, including profit share participation in the short to medium term.

The Chartered Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work across both the commercial and private residential sectors, handling a diverse workload including:

  • Project work and CAT A + B fit outs

  • Residential and commercial refurbishments

  • Industrial schemes

  • Dilapidations

  • Party wall matters

  • Additional professional instructions across a wide portfolio

Based predominantly from the offices in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, you will also have the option of London-based projects and flexible working arrangements.



The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor Will Have

Qualifications:

  • MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Strong technical ability across both project and professional services

  • Commercially aware with client-facing skills

  • Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop new business opportunities

  • Adaptable and motivated to broaden your professional experience
