We are working with a well-established and expanding business in the fresh juice and fruit-based ingredients sector. With over 20 years of success and ongoing investment in their modern production facility, this company is now seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to strengthen their technical team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As Quality Compliance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring site compliance to internal, customer, and legislative requirements. Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting Quality Assurance teams to meet technical and quality objectives.

  • Maintaining up-to-date QA systems and documentation in line with customer and industry standards.

  • Investigating and responding to customer complaints, driving continuous improvements.

  • Coordinating internal audits, quality panels, GMP and hygiene audits.

  • Liaising with NPD for successful product launches and ensuring technical documentation is ready.

  • Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to improve site standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Acting as a key contact during customer visits, audits, and technical reviews.

About You:
  • Strong background in food manufacturing quality management.

  • Hands-on experience with HACCP, audits, and managing QA systems.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with both customers and internal teams.

  • Self-motivated, with strong leadership and organisational skills.
