Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary Academy in Bexley, in Southeast London/Kent. They are looking for a permanent Head of Business Studies.

As a Head of Business Studies, you'll shape and deliver the strategic vision for Business Studies and lead the delivery of high-quality, engaging Business Studies education across key stages 4 and 5.

 

You'll lead a small team of teachers, monitor and raise student achievement, lead on assessment, moderation and liaise with exam boards and Champion Business Studies across the school.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and a passion for sharing your knowledge with others. You will need to be an excellent communicator with QTS/QTLS.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or experienced head of department.
