Are you a proactive HR professional with a passion for employee relations? We are seeking a dynamic HR Officer to join our team, supporting schools across Sittingbourne and Ashford.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR matters, providing expert guidance to Headteachers and staff. You’ll manage a designated school in Ashford, working on-site every 2–4 weeks and as needed for meetings and hearings. You’ll also support other schools across the Trust during leave and non-working days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on employee relations, recruitment, and HR projects
  • Provide advice on pay, pensions, and policy matters
  • Prepare contracts, process starters/leavers, and support payroll
  • Attend hearings, take notes, and support change management
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and the HR Consultant
