Graduate Planner - Kent

The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you will:
Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
Support colleagues with site appraisals and research
Undertake planning policy analysis and background reports
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
Gain exposure to the full planning process from inception to delivery
About You
A degree or master's in Town Planning or a related subject (RTPI accredited preferred)
A genuine passion for planning and development, particularly within the residential sector
Strong communication, analytical and report-writing skills
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to progress towards chartered RTPI membership
