Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)Location: Ashford (4 days in Office/1 at Home)Department: Residential Property

Our client are currently recruiting a talented professional with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join their thriving and expanding property team, primarily based at the Ashford offices. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a busy and varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and re-mortgages.
  • Deliver clear, concise legal advice and maintain exceptional client care, both in person and via phone/email.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents, and other contacts.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to contribute to departmental and firm-wide success.
What We're Looking For:
  • A qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in residential property.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
