Description

  • Assist the Technical Manager and act as their deputy when required.
  • Ensure adherence to BRCGS standards, retailer requirements, and food safety regulations.
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, and evaluations of key processes.
  • Champion ongoing improvements in food safety and product quality.
  • Oversee the review and approval of policies, procedures, and product artwork.

Profile

  • A degree in a food science or related discipline.
  • At least three years of experience within the food manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth understanding of BRCGS requirements and major retailer standards.
