- Book appointments for surveyors to carry out housing inspections and maintain accurate records of attendance, refusals, and no-shows.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Liaise with tenants and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and efficient scheduling.
- Maintain up-to-date customer and inspection records using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and internal systems.
- Support the wider planned maintenance team with ad hoc admin tasks to reduce service disruption.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and accuracy in data handling.
- Proven administrative experience within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using IT systems and software, including Excel and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data handling procedures.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Experience in social housing, planned maintenance, or property services.
