About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Product Manager with fresh produce knowledge to take responsibility for the safety, quality and integrity of our fresh produce. You'll play a key role in ensuring product excellence and managing quality processes throughout production, storage and dispatch, all while driving maximising returns.
Your responsibilities:
Oversee quality control across multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from production to dispatch
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer specifications and safety standards are met
Drive quality improvements and optimise shelf life
Coordinate testing and ensure all products meet legal and safety standards
Drive initiatives for product quality improvement and waste reduction
What We're Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in a quality or product management role, preferably within fresh produce
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (knowledge of D365 is a plus)
Ability to handle multiple tasks, make quick decisions, and manage tight schedules
Leadership abilities
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
