Senior Project Manager - Fire Systems
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

The Role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex fire system projects from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

Lead projects from feasibility and planning through to delivery and post-project review
Manage budgets, margins, cost-to-complete reporting, and final accounts
Oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring projects run on time and to specification
Identify and mitigate risks, managing client and stakeholder expectations
Mentor junior colleagues and support the development of the wider team
Uphold Health & Safety and compliance standards across all projects

What we're looking for:

Proven project management experience within the fire industry
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in financial control and commercial reporting
Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations (desirable)
Technical understanding of fire systems and industry compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
