Our client is looking to recruit an experienced bar manager / mixologist who will be tasked with developing the bar operation in the business. Establishing service standards and procedures to make the department operate in a highly professional and consistent manner.
The bar manager will be responsible for the beverage outlets that include the main bar, restaurant bar and outdoor beverage service during summer service.
Putting together drinks lists, designing cocktail menus, staff training and development of a small team dedicated to the bar department will form part of the key responsibilities for the bar manager.
This is a hands-on role, leading the team from the front and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
