Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Represenative for our prestigious client based in the Crayford area.

Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with Technical enquiries in relation to the product range.
  • Quoting for products/determining what your customer requires.
  • Obtaining lengths and quantities from technical drawings.
  • Following up quotations effectively using your soft sales skills in line with the RIBA stages of the project.
  • Key project management & project awareness.
  • Looking after your dedicated designers, interior designers, architects, contractors, wholesalers and yacht building yards.
  • Attending client-facing functions as required and represent the company in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Processing orders accurately and checking it makes sense technically.

Skills required for this role:

  • Responsible, reliable and self-motivated.
  • Inquisitive "can-do" attitude, willing to find information out for yourself.
  • Enthusiastic administrator/project manager.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident handling telephone calls and answering questions.
  • Able to understand electrical information and drawings.
  • Great communication/listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload whilst working as a team.
  • Staying calm and focused under pressure.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Confident with MS Word/Excel.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm
