Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
- Experience or passion for teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Calm, creative, and patient approach to learning and behaviour management.
- Committed to inclusive education and strong relationships with pupils and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to ASD learners.
- Support communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
- Track progress and meet EHCP targets.
- Work closely with therapists and pastoral staff to ensure wellbeing.
