Known for its supportive team environment and high-quality output, this business supplies into sectors such as automotive, rail, and general engineering and is now looking to expand its skilled CNC team on the late shift.

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.
Working to tight tolerances to produce high-precision, low-volume components.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Collaborating with the wider team to meet production and quality targets.
Monday to Wednesday: 4:00pm 2:00am
Thursday: 3:00pm 12:00am
(39 hours per week over 4 days enjoy 3-day weekends!)

Salary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum + shift allowance
Negotiable rate depending on skills and experience
22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
