Day-to-day of the role of a Exams Lead:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the examination process, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and standards.
  • Liaise with faculty and administrative staff to ensure all necessary preparations are made.
  • Handle queries and issues related to exams from students, staff, and external bodies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for exam administration.
  • Train and supervise exams office staff and invigilators.
