Tradewind holds a long-standing superb relationship with a popular Secondary Academy in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, who are now looking to employ enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants, keen to gain valuable experience and develop engaging young learners.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced educators, providing essential support to deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and cater to student development. You may be required to assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), either one-on-one or in small groups. The school holds an ethos of holistic development, enabling you to contribute to student's overall well-being and personal development.

Throughout your placement, you will receive regular feedback and gain access to professional development resources to enhance your skills and knowledge, with recognised courses, courtesy of the National College.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a 2:2 degree in any subject.
  • Possess a positive attitude, a passion for working with young people and a love for education.
  • Be adaptable and ready to learn in a diverse educational environment.
  • Experience in youth work, tuition or an educational setting is advantageous, however, not essential.
  • Based in or reliably commutable to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
